MALE GENITAL ENHANCEMENT BY FAT TRANSFER

At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic we have extensive experience in Liposculpture in which large volumes of fat can be removed from various parts of the body. As a consequence of this we are able to transplant fat to other areas of the body such as face, lips or indeed the penis.

The transplanted fat survives very well in the penis because it has such a good blood supply and results in a considerable increase in the thickness and girth of the penis.

Because the diameter is increased the weight of the penis is therefore increased and it follows that the length increases because of the subsequent stretching of the tissues. We do not cut the suspensory ligament of the penis as we consider this to be counterproductive.

If the suspensory ligament is cut the penis hangs lower and appears to be longer when in a flaccid state. This procedure does NOT increase the length of the erect penis. Also when the penis is erect it hangs down rather than up which is the norm. The operation could interfere with sexual function.

MACROLANE

We now prefer to use this product. Macrolane is a form of Hyaluronic Acid which is molecule closely related to Collagen which is the protein skin is made from. We can inject this under the skin of the penis under local anesthetic. The effect lasts about 1 year and can be topped up at any time.
