Most entertainment news and gossip focus on plastic surgery that popular female stars, but you don’t hear about men getting plastic surgery too often, at least aside from Michael Jackson. However, many of Hollywood’s most popular stars have had plastic surgery! Brad Pitt is famous all over the world and is considered to be one of the best looking men in Hollywood. But at some point early in his career, even Pitt had to get surgery. He had procedure called otoplasty, or ear pinning done. His ears used to stick out more like Will Smith’s do, and now they are much closer to his head.

Zac Efron is one of the most popular young stars right now, thanks to High School Musica. But since his nose was kind of big and not very mature looking, he got a nose job.
